Sharon Stone, who was born March 10, 1958 in Meadville Pennsylvania, is an all-around celebrity that wears the hat of a model, producer and actress. Stone’s career began after winning the title of Miss Crawford County in her hometown, wherein a pageant judge approached her and encouraged her to become a fashion model. With the approval of her mom, the 19-year-old Sharon Stone moved to New Jersey and within four days, she had signed on with New York’s Ford Modeling Agency. Some of her notable TV ad appearances were campaigns for Clairol, Maybelline and Burger King. By early 1980s, while living in Europe, Sharon Stone decided to pursue acting and quit modeling.
